We strive for 99.99% uptime for our Enterprise customers. Standard customers are provided services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We enforce rate limits on API usage to ensure stability for all customers. Heavy usage beyond your plan limits may result in throttling or overage charges.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms.
