At Talksphere, we take your privacy seriously. distinct from consumer applications, Talksphere is an infrastructure provider. We process data on behalf of our customers (developers building applications).

1. Data We Process

• Account Information: Name, email, and billing details for Talksphere customers.
• Usage Metrics: Aggregated statistics on minutes used, connections made, and bandwidth consumed.
• Ephemeral Media: Audio and Video streams relayed through our TURN servers are end-to-end encrypted and exist only in RAM. We do not record or store user media content.

2. Data Retention

We retain account and usage logs for billing and analytics purposes. Media streams are never retained. TURN credentials are short-lived (typically 24 hours) and automatically expire.

3. Data Sovereignty

Our infrastructure is globally distributed. You may choose specific regions for your traffic to ensure compliance with local data residency laws (e.g., GDPR).
